Mother to a wonderful daughter who is the joy of my life. Granny to Jamie :) In 2015 I hit the big 60! Who would have thought! World traveller, fire-walker, passionate about visiting new places. British Citizen, adrenaline junkie, love abseiling, para-sailing, rock-wall climbing...went zip-lining in London. Keen photographer, walker, passionate about London. Aiming to buy a motor-home and travel round the UK, blogging about this amazing country we live in. I also plan to visit 101 islands amongst many other things (Project 101). Long distance walks: Southwark to Canterbury following Geoffrey Chaucer's Pilgrim's route. September 2017: Camino de Santiago; Portuguese Coastal Route - Porto to Valenca & Central Way from Tui to Santiago. August 2018 & 2020 The Pilgrim's Way - Winchester to Canterbury. Currently (in stages): Thames Path, Saxon Shore Way, English Coast Path.
